Supply Charge

• There is a supply charge percentage attached to every job that includes anything that the technicians need to perform their job. This charge does not exceed $20.
• This cost covers towels, cleaners, bolts, wiring supplies, gloves, tools, fluid, soap, and other shop necessities that allow us to perform a professional repair on your vehicle from start to finish. 

Special Order Parts

• Unfortunately, there are situations where we are unable to find the parts needed for your vehicle on island. In these situations, we would need to purchase these online. 
• For special order parts, all parts are non-refundable and must be paid in advance before ordering. The shipping eta (for most parts) is 5-10 business days, unless specified otherwise.

Customer Provided Parts

• We do not allow customer-provided parts. Mainly for the reason of protecting our customers. In rare cases, parts fail unfortunately and we need to be able to ensure we can offer a warranty for those failed parts. 
• Professional Automotive Services warranties all of our work for 12 months/12,000 miles.

Credit-Card Processing Fee

• There is a 4% processing fee with any order that is used with a card.
• We encourage using Cash or a Check to save on your final repair total.
